ProLand is a full service, turnkey company for the wireless industry. Our broad range of experience and education in all aspects of land acquisition enable us to provide a quality product in a timely manner.
Principals and staff each have extensive experience in wireless and have each been acquiring real estate for the wireless industry for over 10 years. In addition, we each have over 5 years of experience in acquiring right of way for governmental agencies. Right of way experience provides a strong background for the understanding of access rights and easements, often not found in wireless consultants.
All principals and key staff members are very familiar with the entire zoning/land use process, including public hearings. We are proactive and forward thinking right from the beginning of the project, to ensure that appropriate actions are taken to obtain land use approval for our client.
